Abstract
This investigation aims to know the role played by strategic leadership in achieving competitive advantage for the Iraqi Leather Company. To achieve this, the researcher selected a random sample of (37) employees from the research community, represented by the heads of departments, divisions and units in the Iraqi Leather Company. A questionnaire was distributed to them, and its validity and reliability were verified, as it included (30) paragraphs. The data was entered into the computer for the purpose of processing it using the SPSS statistical program. In the end, the researcher reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which was the existence of a very strong correlation between strategic leadership and competitive advantage in the Iraqi Leather Company.
