  The developments accompanying technological and industrial progress have contributed to the growth of a series of environmental problems, as issues of environmental degradation and pollution, and ozone layer depletion have become a painful reality inherent in life in the modern era, especially with the strengthening of the globalized modernity model and advanced technologies. Recognition of the need to protect the environment and promote sustainable development through international mechanisms has led to the strengthening of international cooperation through international organizations and the activation of their role on the international and regional arenas.
