The electronic study began from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence, where the extent to which electronic contracts are compatible with the application of Sharia was analyzed. It concluded that it was not necessary to develop a legitimate legal framework with Islamic jurisprudence and to preserve the validity of this agreement, while adopting the importance of documenting it, verifying its legal conditions, and protecting privacy and security in the digital environment. The study also addressed the compatibility of electronic contracts with Islamic jurisprudence, noting the necessity of developing a legal framework that ensures that legal conditions are met, such as offer, acceptance, and documentation. It also stressed the importance of protecting privacy and security in electronic contracts in accordance with the provisions of Sharia.
This study explained how Islamic jurisprudence can be adapted to legislate laws that keep pace with modern technical developments, while emphasizing the need for this legal framework to be integrated to ensure electronic contracts are compatible with Sharia provisions.
